Abstract

The paper discusses the application of the phase method for measuring short distances in optoelectronic rangefinding. An analytical dependence of measurement accuracy on the dynamics of the measuring system is determined. Frequency characteristics of the phase difference meter are calculated. Structural diagrams of the measurement method and the phase difference meter are presented, on the basis of which an optoelectronic rangefinder (OER) was developed. Technical and calibration characteristics of the OER are also provided.
