Conditions for obtaining hollow silicon prisms for photovoltaic converters

Abstract
The production of polycrystalline hollow silicon prisms suitable for the manufacturing of solar photovoltaic converters by the Stepanov method is considered. The structure of the prisms faces depending on the thermal growing conditions is experimentally investigated and analyzed.
