Abstract

A modification of the well-known logic–informational approach to computer design is proposed, adapted for reconfigurable FPGA-based devices. This approach allows determination of the optimal number of hierarchical levels in the designed system. An example of constructing a reconfigurable system with an open library of configuration files for problem-oriented devices is presented. For verification, a hardware–software complex based on an FPGA reconfigurable board has been developed
