Abstract

The properties of carbon (diamond-like) films are examined, and conditions for their synthesis and doping are proposed for the fabrication of high-power resistors of a new generation. A comparison of the characteristics of the obtained resistors with foreign analogues has been carried out, demonstrating the potential advantages of the developed technology.
