Abstract

It is proposed to use the PSpice language for describing a wide class of optoelectronic locators. A methodology for constructing a PSpice model of the optical channel transmitting the locating signal is presented and substantiated. The equivalent circuit of the optical channel is based on the similarity of physical processes in the propagation of electromagnetic waves in the optical and radio frequency ranges. An example of computer-aided circuit modeling of a real device is considered. The operation of a distance sensor employing the phase measurement method is investigated, and its functional characteristics are obtained.
