Abstract

Information is presented on piezoceramic materials and the technology for manufacturing thin piezoceramic elements intended for use in membrane-type electroacoustic transducers. The possibility of applying piezoceramic materials developed at the Scientific and Technical Center “Reactivelectron” for the fabrication of transducers based on thin piezoceramic elements is demonstrated. Examples of industrial products based on such transducers, produced using the materials and developments of the Scientific and Technical Center, are provided.
