Abstract
A design of a frequency-stabilized helium–neon laser with a radiation wavelength of 1.5231 μm is proposed. Stabilization is achieved using additional visible radiation at a wavelength of 0.6328 μm. The structures of optical resonator mirrors are considered, which enable simultaneous generation on both the main and auxiliary laser transitions. The developed lasers provide a relative frequency instability not worse than 1·10–8 over 0.5 hours.
