Abstract

The influence of the specific surface area of the starting materials, sintering temperature, porous structure, and phase composition on the performance characteristics of active elements of humidity sensors based on alumomagnesium ceramics has been established. Active elements of humidity sensors with relatively low resistance (10⁴–10⁷ Ω) and high moisture sensitivity (resistance change of about three orders of magnitude) have been obtained in the relative humidity range of 33–95%.
