Modeling of thermal modes of active components in electronic modules

Abstract

A method is proposed for modeling the thermal modes of active components in electronic modules of radio-electronic devices at the circuit design stage. The method is based on the application of a system approach to the calculation and analysis of thermal modes and the circuit implementation of bipolar and field-effect transistors.
