Abstract

By applying the probability density functional with a large parameter for random interfering signals reflected from the chamber walls, as well as random distorting signals reflected from the edges of the microwave chamber and interfering at a given point, a likelihood function was obtained for parameters depending on the path lengths of interfering signals in a tunnel-type anechoic chamber. The probabilities of observing the sum of interfering signals with a specified intensity level at a particular point were calculated.
