Abstract

Analog methods of information processing cannot provide the accuracy required for solving many tasks. Therefore, the use of digital optical computational methods is relevant. The work presents modeling of multiplication and delay operations in an acousto-optical medium. A structural scheme of a digital acousto-optical signal processor is proposed, which allows significant simplification of the design and reduction of device cost compared to traditional solutions.
