The problem of strength reliability in radio electronics

Abstract

Based on many years of experience in studying and eliminating strength defects of real radio-electronic products or their failures due to mechanical impacts, the article substantiates the relevance of the problem of mechanical strength in radio electronics. The main results of 35 years of work by a group of scientists from Khmelnytskyi are presented — theoretical and experimental studies in the field of static and dynamic strength, as well as non-destructive testing, diagnostics, and forecasting of the strength of radio-electronic products.
