A new generation of piezoceramic sensors of physical quantities

Abstract
New types of piezoceramic sensors of physical quantities developed by the authors are described — linear and vibration accelerations, viscosity, sound pressure, electroacoustics, and others. These sensors demonstrate higher technical and metrological characteristics: accuracy, stability of sensitivity, wide operating frequency band, and narrow directivity pattern.
