Abstract

The methodology and results of experimental studies on the heat transfer efficiency of new surfaces with mesh-wire finning under low-pressure axial fan airflow are presented. Their performance is compared with experimental data for plate-fin surfaces. The influence of airflow direction on the thermal efficiency of the surfaces is demonstrated.
