Abstract

To extend the upper limit of the operating frequency range of electromagnetic radiation and obtain highly coherent radiation, it is proposed to multiply the frequency of the input signal. A frequency doubler based on Schottky barrier diodes is discussed. The design principle of a frequency doubler for use in EHF therapy equipment is described.
