Abstract

The possibilities and prerequisites for resource saving in electroplating production technology are discussed, along with the simultaneous reduction of environmental pollution. The feasibility of creating environmentally friendly production of printed circuit boards and hybrid flexible ICs without the need for constructing treatment facilities is demonstrated.
