Abstract

Experimental results are considered on the time-dependent degradation of the effect of electron-induced dichroism in chalcogenide glassy semiconductors of the pseudobinary system As₂S₃–Sb₂S₃. It is established that the kinetics of such degradation are adequately described by a monomolecular relaxation function corresponding to the annihilation of specific coordination defects responsible for this effect.
