Abstract

The paper analyzes the temperature errors of pressure sensors and reveals the physical nature of their occurrence. Recommendations for designing pressure sensors with reduced temperature error are developed. Methods for reducing temperature errors are classified and considered, and examples of implementing these methods in pressure sensor designs are provided.
