Acousto-electronic gas sensors with layered structures
Abstract
The results of the development and investigation of acousto-electronic gas sensors with film structures are presented. Using the example of a sensor with a surface acoustic wave element and an adsorptive film of CH3(CH2)17COONa deposited on the working surface of the waveguide by the Langmuir–Blodgett method, the possibility of creating intelligent sensors operating in real time is demonstrated. A distinctive and important advantage of these sensors compared to analogues is the absence of the need for heating during the adsorption–desorption stage.
