Abstract
The paper examines the cyclic operating mode of thermoelectric cooling devices (TECs) and establishes the relationship between reliability indicators and key parameters. The derived correlations allow assessment of how a wide range of physical parameters influence the reliability of TECs working in cyclic mode compared to continuous operation.
