Abstract

A control circuit for high-voltage inverters is proposed, which eliminates the latch-up effect of the driver's output transistors. The developed power microcircuit for high-voltage inverter control, designed as a thin-film HIC, is described. A conclusion is drawn regarding the feasibility of producing efficient and reliable domestic converters capable of operating in harsh climatic conditions (mines, marine environments, gas stations).
