Electrothermal element of gas sensors

Abstract

The design and technological implementation of a gas sensor with an integrated electrical thermal element made by thin-film technology is described. The power calculation of the sensor's thermal heater made of nichrome is carried out. To ensure a stabilized working surface temperature of the sensor equal to 100°C, a heater power of 0.2 W is sufficient.
