Abstract

The general method of diagnostics of transient radiation of ribbon-shaped and axially-symmetric electron beams of small section and high power density is described. A comparative analysis of different types of receivers of a transient radiation is carried out for the first time. Advantages and disadvantages of each of receivers of radiation, which must be taken into account in the analysis of the concrete object of researches, are indicated.
