Abstract

The impact of exciting electric fields (static and resonance frequency alternating), mechanical uniaxial loading and temperature on the stability of working parameters of piezoelectric ceramic elements had been investigated. It is shown that after the removal of excitation, the long relaxation of properties under the law close to logarithmic is observed.
