Abstract
A semi-active RF sensor of power consumption based on the transistor dynamic negatron was developed and investigated. The designed sensor has no mechanical parts and there is no electrical contact between the sensor and electrical grid, it can be monitored distantly, whereupon the sensor can be embedded in structural elements of the building.
