Abstract

Thin structure of the chemical bond of the hexagonal and rhombohedral modifications of stibium was investigated. The boundaries of their polymorphism were identified, which opens new technological possibilities of creating optical, photoelectric, thermoelectric, and other materials for electronic equipment components.
