Abstract

The possibility of creating sensors that can provide continuous monitoring of gas compositions is being considered. In the sensor, it is used a spectroscopic effect of resonant absorption of electromagnetic waves when they pass through different media. The results of experimental studies with different gases in the millimetre wavelength range are summarized. Variants of the original control systems of flue gases composition are being considered.
