Abstract

An autodyne sensor designed as a measuring cell is proposed in this paper. It provides observation of a helicon resonance using one-coil method and obtaining of electron spin resonance (ESR) signals. The developed sensor also allows determining kinetic characteristics of semiconductors by contactless method at frequencies of ~500 MHz in the temperature range from 77 to 300 К.
