Porous silicon multitexture for photoelectric converter structures of solar energy
Abstract
The possibility of creating a multiporous silicon texture as a material for the structure of photovoltaic converters (PVCs) has been demonstrated. The morphological elements of porous silicon with respect to different pore parameters are considered. It is shown that when using columnar multiporous silicon grown by chemical and electrochemical methods, the integral reflection coefficient of the front surface of PVCs decreases.
