Abstract

The article presents a description of a magnetically switched microcircuit based on the Hall effect. The electrical diagram of the developed MCM and its main technical characteristics are given. A wind speed sensor based on it has been developed. The wind speed measurement range is 0.5–50 m/s with an accuracy of ±5%.
