The equipment for monitoring of chemical composition of complex ores RLP-21
Abstract
A portable energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (EDXRF) RLP-21 has been developed, enabling rapid analysis of ore, soil, beneficiation, and metallurgical production samples while simultaneously determining the content of 35 elements. The RLP-21 makes it possible to detect extremely low concentrations of silver and cadmium. The article presents the fundamental principles underlying the spectrometer’s operation, the capabilities of its software, and its metrological characteristics.
