Abstract
A nonselective anisotropic receiver of thermal radiation flux based on cadmium antimonide is considered, with a measurement range of irradiance from 10 to 20,000 W/m². The dependence of the receiver’s thermoelectric EMF on the temperature of the radiation source is investigated. The receiver is recommended for monitoring sanitary standards during workplace certification.
