Abstract

A test scheme of a microcontroller-based angle-to-code converter has been developed to evaluate noise filtering algorithms. Experimental verification of the algorithms has been carried out, and it has been established that the α‑trimmed mean algorithm is suitable for suppressing impulse and random noise. Measurement results of the rotor rotation angle of the SCVT are presented: without digital filtering, with averaging of 16 measurements, and with implementation of the α‑trimmed mean algorithm.
