Abstract
It is shown that the influence of temperature fluctuations on the measurement error of parameters in resonant microwave measurement systems based on voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) can be minimized through software by means of a special correction algorithm for VCO frequency tuning data. A software algorithm is proposed for correcting VCO frequency tuning data under triangular voltage control.
