Problems and tasks in the development of microelectronic technologies in Ukraine

Abstract

The trends in the development of microelectronics in the modern world and its importance for the economy and national security are shown. Taking into account the state of the microelectronics industry in the CIS countries, the unsatisfactory condition of this sector in Ukraine is noted. Proposals are formulated for the creation of a national program for the development of microelectronics and for its possible sections.
