Abstract

A device design based on an anisotropic optico‑thermoelement for radiation detection is presented. The prospects of its use as a non‑modulated, non‑selective, coordinate‑sensitive matrix intended for determining the distribution of radiant flux density in wide spectral and dynamic ranges are demonstrated.
