Abstract

A power supply for contact microwelding that enables programming of the required welding pulse shape is proposed. The desired waveform of the welding pulse is achieved through the use of a reference signal generator based on a microcontroller, operating according to the proposed algorithm. Tests carried out during the welding of oscillating systems of electromechanical filters demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed power supply.
