Abstract

The design of the main units and elements of autodyne oscillators in hybrid integrated implementation and the technology of their fabrication are considered. The use of slot and coplanar transmission line segments (CPL) as resonators in millimeter-wave devices is substantiated, and calculations with electrodynamic analysis of CPLs with lateral metallic shields are presented. Thermal analysis is provided both for the active Gunn diode elements and for the autodyne oscillator hybrid integrated circuit based on a thermally conductive dielectric substrate of the elantinide (nital) type (AlN).
