Abstract

The results of designing and the characteristics of linear photosensitive devices (LPDs) based on active sensor cells and digital polling registers are presented. Solid-state LPDs are intended for image formation, including use in X-ray detectors based on scintillators. Examples are given of the implementation of 32- and 128-element LPDs, as well as functional circuit diagrams of matrix photodetectors of 32×32 and 128×128 elements, developed using CMOS integrated circuit technology.
