Abstract

The results of practical work are presented on the manufacture of a number of products for special equipment in the millimeter-wave range using the method of multilayer electroforming with elements of electroforming assembly. It is shown that the proposed fundamentally new technology makes it possible to produce practically quasi-monolithic multifunctional devices for communication and navigation systems.
