Experimental studies of a pressure sensor with a pneumo-mechanical resonator
Abstract
The results of tests of a prototype pressure sensor with a pneumo-mechanical resonator are presented, confirming the physical and technical principles developed by the authors for constructing devices of this type. The difference between experimental and theoretical coefficients of the main characteristics was less than 10%. Based on the prototype, it is possible to manufacture a pressure sensor with a basic reduced measurement error of less than 0.1%.
