Abstract
Studies of the thermoelastic properties of Peltier thermoelectric modules have been carried out, taking into account the functional dependence of Young’s modulus and the coefficients of thermal expansion on the chosen crystallographic direction in cubic, trigonal, and orthorhombic lattices.
