Abstract

A description is given of the measuring complex IKF-009 for determining the photoelectric parameters of radiation in the UV, visible, and IR spectral ranges over a wide temperature interval. The IKF-009 complex makes it possible to reduce the time and cost of development stages for radiation receivers and to improve the reliability of measured parameters while ensuring high operational dependability.
