Analogs of negatrones for protection of a power circuit against overload
Abstract
The requirements for analogs of negatrones intended for operation in powerful defensors are formulated. The principles of operation of the main circuit designs of negatron analogs are described, along with issues related to the deformation of the current-voltage characteristic (achieving a low value of negative differential resistance). Results of experimental modeling of the current-voltage characteristics of negatron analogs and computer modeling of their switching time are presented. A circuit is proposed that enables the use of a defensor when powering a load with alternating current.
