Abstract

The combined use of the methodology proposed in this article for the automated generation of a manufacturing process route for a designed product, together with the developed approaches for creating a comprehensive design and manufacturing 3D model, provides a methodology for end-to-end, comprehensive design and manufacturing preparation in machine-building (instrument-making) production.
