Abstract

An original detection receiver is proposed. A statistical analysis of the receiver is performed when processing a signal in the form of a packet of radio pulses with pseudorandom operating frequency tuning. The features of signal processing by the receiver are revealed. The output signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity are determined. It is shown that, for a specific choice of the rejection filter bandwidth, the output signal-to-noise ratio reaches an infinitely large value.
