Using photodetectors as reference devices to reduce measurement errors
Keywords:
photodetector, photodetection device, voltage sensitivity, detection capability
Abstract
The results of studies on the metrological characteristics of methods for measuring the voltage sensitivity and detection capability of photodetectors are presented. The possibility of reducing the basic relative error in measurements of photoelectric parameters by a factor of 2–2.5 is demonstrated.
