Abstract

The features of the bimolecular kinetics of the decay of the radiative-optical properties of chalcogenide glasses in the ternary systems As2S3–GeS2, Sb2S3–GeS2, and As2S3–Ge2S3 as a function of their chemical composition are examined. It is shown that in the glasses of the stoichiometric systems As2S3–GeS2 and Sb2S3–GeS2, the observed concentration dependencies are monotonic, whereas in samples of the non-stoichiometric system As2S3–Ge2S3, the kinetic parameters exhibit an extreme character at the point of the presumed 2D–3D phase transition.
