Abstract

A method is proposed for increasing the electrical conductivity of composites filled with ferromagnetics by curing them in a microwave field, taking into account the electric field strength, oscillation frequency, and temperature level of microwave heating. The exposure improves filler distribution and, consequently, the conductivity of coatings without loss of mechanical strength. A methodology is presented for coordinating the parameters of microwave action on the composition in order to select a compromise filler concentration level.
