Control of pulse mode in electroplating technology
Abstract
Pulse technique is finding increasingly wide application in the field of electrochemistry—both in laboratory conditions and in industrial electroplating installations. A laboratory version of a power supply control system has been developed, based on a personal computer, which provides a wide choice of operating modes and other important parameters. A series of experiments has been carried out, confirming the advantages of pulse technique as well as the high efficiency of the developed control system.
